Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We’re working on expanding to international markets soon — follow us on Instagram to stay updated!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! We offer COD across most pin codes in India. COD availability is checked at checkout based on your delivery address.

Is shipping free on all orders?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India with no minimum order value. COD orders have a small ₹10 delivery fee. Every order is dispatched via a trusted courier partner and you'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. A return/exchange fee may apply — contact us to know more.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes — you can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery. A small fee may apply. Email us at info@aurumisle.com or call us with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us at info@aurumisle.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes are not possible — but you may initiate a return after delivery under our 2-day return policy.

Product & Care

What materials are your jewellery made of?

Our pieces are crafted from high-quality alloys with gold, rose gold, or silver plating. Each product listing includes detailed material information. We prioritise nickel-free and skin-safe materials for comfortable all-day wear.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

With proper care, your jewellery will maintain its shine for a long time. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store pieces in the pouch or box provided. Check our Jewellery Care Guide for detailed tips.

How long does the gold or silver plating last?

With proper care, gold and silver plating typically lasts 6–12 months with regular daily wear. Longevity depends on your skin type, how often you wear it, and exposure to water or chemicals. Storing pieces in the provided pouch and following our Jewellery Care Guide can significantly extend their life.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payment processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Razorpay with SSL encryption
with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance. Your payment details are never stored on our servers — they’re processed securely by trusted payment partners.

Can I apply a discount or coupon code?

Yes! Enter your discount code in the "Discount code" field at checkout before completing payment. Only one code can be applied per order. Follow us on Instagram and Join the Isle to get exclusive codes and early offers.

Do you offer EMI or buy now, pay later?

EMI is generally not available for orders under ₹3,000. As our pieces are affordably priced, most orders won't qualify for EMI options.

Gifting & Other Questions

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

All Aurum & Isle orders are dispatched in our signature jewellery packaging — a presentation box or pouch. If you're sending it as a gift, you can add a personalised note at checkout. Dedicated gift wrapping options are coming soon.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

We currently focus on individual orders, but we're open to bulk and corporate gifting enquiries. Reach out to us at info@aurumisle.com with your requirements and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer custom or personalised jewellery?

We currently offer our curated edit as listed on the site. Custom or personalised orders are not available at this time, but we're always working on expanding our edit. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on new arrivals and special editions.
