Not happy with your purchase? We've got you covered. Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Return Window

We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. If 2 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@aurumisle.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship it back using the method we provide

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Bank processing time may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — we'll collect your bank details over email

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel, email us at info@aurumisle.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you'll need to follow the return process instead.
