How to Track
Step 1 — Check your email: Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. Check your inbox (and spam folder).
Step 2 — Click the tracking link: The link takes you to our courier partner's website where you can see the real-time status of your delivery.
Step 3 — Enter your tracking number manually: If you need to track directly on the courier's website, use the tracking number from your dispatch email.
Step 4 — Didn't receive a tracking email? Contact us at info@aurumisle.com with your order number and we'll send you the details within a few hours.
Common Tracking Questions
When will I get my tracking link?
You'll receive tracking details via email and SMS within 1–2 business days of placing your order, once it's been dispatched from our warehouse.
My tracking shows no updates?
Don't worry — tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If there's no movement for 3+ days, contact us at info@aurumisle.com with your order number and we'll check with our courier partner.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated 5–8 business days, reach out to us at info@aurumisle.com or DM @aurum.isle on Instagram. We'll track it down and keep you updated.
