Shipping Policy

Free shipping on prepaid orders across India. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver your jewellery to you.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India — no minimum order value required.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2/3 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or public holidays.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding to more countries soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Packaging

Every Aurum & Isle order is carefully packaged in our signature branded boxes. Each piece of jewellery is individually wrapped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We use tamper-proof packaging for all shipments, so you can be confident your order hasn't been opened in transit.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes across India. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery partners may not carry change.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package.

• If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
• For delayed shipments, we'll provide regular updates until delivery is completed
